Our classes are led by specialized experts who truly understand Parkinson’s. Grounded in current clinical protocols, our team integrates the industry's leading evidence-based methodologies—including PWR!Moves®, Delay The Disease™, NeuroMotorTraining, and the Brian Grant Foundation Bootcamp, alongside Dance for PD®, ParkinsonWise, YogaReach, and adapted martial arts.
By drawing from this powerful toolkit, our daily programming targets core Parkinson’s symptoms across four essential pillars of functional movement:
Mobility & Gait: Enhancing posture, stride, and reducing freezing episodes.
Strength & Agility: Rebuilding physical confidence, balance, and core stability.
Cognition & Voice: Strengthening vocal clarity and dual-task mental focus.
Neuroplasticity: Encouraging brain-body adaptation through dynamic, intentional movement.
Our ultimate goal is to move better and live better—using the power of great music to make every hour FUN!.
