Lisa Oei PT, MSPT, DPT
Founder & CEO • Physical Therapist • Parkinson’s Wellness Coach
Since launching her first Parkinson’s-specific exercise class in 2015 with just two participants, Lisa Oei has helped grow PD-Connect into a thriving nonprofit community serving more than 500 people living with Parkinson’s.
Lisa is passionate about helping people live at their highest level of function through research-backed movement, wellness coaching, education, and community support. In 2018, she partnered with MarinLink to establish PD-Connect as a nonprofit organization.
With a background in home health, outpatient physical therapy, and professional sports event management, Lisa brings a creative and entrepreneurial approach to Parkinson’s wellness. She also operates a concierge private practice providing in-home PD wellness services.

SteF Farina
Co-Founder and Certified Master Trainer
SteF is a Certified Master Trainer that specializes in working with people with Parkinson’s Disease. She creates PD-Specific group exercise classes by integrating her knowledge of strength, conditioning, movement, and cognition. She encourages group exercise for those who are looking to get moving in a fun, supportive, motivating, and challenging environment.
SteF is also the owner of Farina Fitness, which offers outdoor bootcamp and fitness training (farinafitness.com).

Maureen Rohlwing, PT, DPT, NCS, CSRS
Physical Therapist
Maureen is passionate about helping people living with Parkinson’s improve strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence through movement. She brings energy, education, and encouragement to every class, creating a supportive environment built around music, laughter, and community. She is the founder of Wired Physical Therapy and Wellness PC working one on one with individuals with neurological diseases to improve function.
Family and faith are important pillars in her life. She is the mom of two young boys and lives with her family in Petaluma. She finds strength through Jesus and entrusts her life to God to lead her through the peaks and valleys. She is an outdoor enthusiast and exercise feen. In her free time she likes to be outdoors with her family hiking, biking, or playing games.
